With two surface mount production lines in operation Eagle Comtronics populates approximately fifty thousand densely populated circuit boards each week. Skilled and highly efficient hand placement assembly technicians place over a half a million components per week to complement automated through-hole placement capabilities.

Our Circuit boards are optically inspected with OGP smart scope technology. Once the component placement verification process is complete, boards are rigorously tested for continuity and performance using appropriate testing procedures to certify circuit functionality to specification.

Eagle Comtronics can populate surface mount circuit boards competitively with offshore (China) manufactures at medium and high volumes. Circuit boards requiring hand placement in volumes less than 10,000 pieces can be manufactured with comparable associated cost.
Europlacer

Eagle Comtronics has recently acquired a new top of the line surface mount technology machine from Europlacer. This machine with its intelligent sense can measure component values before it is even placed to get an accurate component each and every time and precisely places the component where it needs to be giving very accurate board placement.
